here's the truth

You've been taught that eating challenges are a personal failing.

That's wrong.

In reality, they are messengers trying to call your attention to where it is needed most in your inner or outer life. Rather than something to push down, muscle through, or get over – eating challenges are an invitation to tune in. This mini lesson will teach you how.

Meet your teacher

Hi, I'm Anna! I know you have better things to do than constantly fight with food.

Like you, I spent years frantically searching for the perfect diet, optimized exercise regime, and enough willpower to make them stick. Each time I came up short, I ended up elbow deep in the nearest comfort food feeling down on myself and on my life.

It was not until I learned to work with my challenges with overeating, emotional eating, and chronic dieting that I began to find relief. Turns out, the patterns I had developed weren't there to torture me, they wanted to teach me. I just had to learn to listen.

Now, I'm on a mission to help others end the battle and create a peaceful relationship with food. Let's get to it.

You don't have to be trapped in a fight with food you can't ever seem to win.
